Had to return the one sent to me because it did not work. My family borrowed one of these game spinner devices a few years ago from a lending library of toys for kids with special needs and THAT one worked great for our daughter, so I was excited to purchase this and disappointed that the one sent to us did not work properly (at all, actually...it did not spin). The return was hassle free, so I am changing my original 1 star rating to a 3 star rating because of their cooperation.Disabled adult daughter loves it.Item came quickly, packaged great...no problems!
