This is the first time I have ever submitted a review but this book is so good I felt compelled to do so!I have been teaching Drama for about 17 years, both in primary schools and, now, in a prep school with years 4 to 8 and I've never found a book, until now, from which I felt I could use more than a handful of ideas.This book is divided into 3 sections: movement, voice and character. The first section, in particular, has simple but detailed ideas that I intend to use next term for all my classes but particularly years 4 to 6. I will probably structure the lessons so that we start with some movement, move onto voice and finish with character each lesson and then build on the same theme next week.Although I haven't actually tried out the activities yet, (it is still the Summer holiday) I have enough experience to be pretty sure that they will work brilliantly - even with our more reluctant dramatists!Wonderful - thank you Mr Theodorou!
