As advised in the directions the black pucks do leave black marks behind when used enough stick to the natural wood ones if you don't want black scratches on the deck.This game is addictive and can be very intense/competitive. I have six kids so we just opened many gifts and this was surprisingly one of the favorites. We played for hours on Christmas night. The kids actually put down video games to come play it. I could see it being a popular drinking game as well. It really is a blast! 10/10 for sure.This is a pretty fun little game for the price. It seems well made. Bought as a Christmas present for a college kid. We’ve played hundreds of games with this since then. Though, it’s not very easy for people with slow reflexes (aka Mom)Would recommendExcellent product. Its been so fun for the whole family. My 7 year old loves it just as much as the adults. It arrived earlier than expected as well, so added bonus. It came with plain unpainted wooden pucks so the black ones won't dye the board. Very happy. Thanks for the amazing game!The game is brilliant, but the product is very poorly made.I researched a number of suppliers to get a good quality one. But this broke day one, on Christmas Day. The wood split through and even glueing it, won't hold again. It's a very light and fragile wood for such a rigorous game. Very disappointed, in this product. Returns are very difficult in the current lockdown situation, as I'm waiting to hear from the the supplier, what they can do for us.Great fun but after about an hour of fun taking turns it is already splitting, so disappointed.I want a replacement as it is great fun so fingers crossed the replacement is better but I cannot pretend I am confident.Although it looked sturdy & nice, not much of a game. Had bought 3 thinking it would be awesome, but pretty boring. No skill needed to get through the slits in wood, maybe we’re playing it wrong, thought slits should be smaller..Love playing this game but you need to practice as it's not as easy as it looks.
